Meet the team behind The Human Success Playbook!
Three brilliant executives at Zensai - a Microsoft partner based in Copenhagen, Denmark - are the innovators behind this book.

Rasmus Holst is the CEO and visionary. Robin Daniels is the Chief Business Officer, keynote speaker and marketing wizard, and Nina Carøe - the world’s first Chief Human Success Officer.

Even though I have collaborated on 10 books since the pandemic (as a ghostwriter), this one is different! It is unlike anything I’ve ever written before.

The book introduces a CEO with a massive problem. A problem around AI. Sound familiar? It’s the challenge of our times: how can humans and AI co-exist?

A board member orders massive cuts - surgery with a sledgehammer - and the CEO pushes back. He wants a method of leadership and governance that doesn’t destroy trust.

He’s not afraid to do what’s necessary.

The problem is: he wants to do what’s right.

The combination of people and profit that will build the future … but what does that kind of company look like?

To solve this puzzle - and save his career - he turns to three innovative friends from Denmark: Rasmus Holst, Robin Daniels, and Nina Carøe. Together they discover the pathway to the kind of leadership that creates transformation in the age of AI: The Human Success Playbook.

Technically, the style of the book is a business fable. It blends a creative narrative, where ficticious characters (like the CEO who’s under pressure) meet up with very real people (my three co-authors). It’s not a case study or a prescription, but a very real and relevant look at how we can create the future of work - and stay focused on what really matters in the age of AI.

The book launches on May 4th, with specials on the Kindle version for the first 24 hours after launch. Will you grab a copy?

DM “getit” and I will send you the first three chapters! 🙌

This one hits different…

In a world where AI is everywhere, the people around us become more and more important, right?

Honored to share this new book, launching May 4th - and I am deeply grateful for my co-authors! 🙌

As a ghostwriter, working behind the scenes to bring new stories to life, I’ve written 10 books since the pandemic. (That’s how this one started). Over the course of the last year, things shifted.

The entire focus of the book…transformed.

And I was asked to be a co-author. 😲🙏

I absolutely love helping people to tell their stories. This one is the most creative yet - and I am honored by the collaboration and the partnership!

It’s a delicate balance, at work. Transparency (being vulnerable, honest and open) is important. But how much is too much? When does a desire for connection turn into a desire for attention - or an overshare that doesn’t help your career?

One thing you have to remember, when you are giving a presentation: sometimes, what looks like a “courtesy” is actually…kinda irritating 😲. And it’s robbing you of your power!
