Because it became clear that what we’re building is bigger than one event. Bigger than one city. 📍

What started in small-town La Crosse, Wisconsin has grown into a movement of women who believe that sisterhood isn’t separate from business success—it’s one of the most powerful strategies for creating it.

We believe women deserve spaces where they can be challenged, supported, connected, and inspired to build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and aligned with the life they want to live.
