Why you still don’t have the systems your business needs, even though you’re consistently doing the client work.

You’re busy doing the client work. So the work gets done…
but the system behind it never gets built. 😅

Start with one thing you already repeat.

Write down what happens first, what happens next, and where the information lives.
Then look for the part that still keeps depending on you.

That is usually where the system needs more support, automation, or a clearer handoff.

You do not need to systemize the whole business at once.
Start with one repeatable process.

Build that.

Then make the next one easier. ✨
