Go-Live Announcement | Mountain Province

The Provincial Treasury Office of the Provincial Government of Mountain Province has successfully launched Governful's Cashier Module System, a PROA solution for modernizing public financial management.

Rising with the Tides in Koror, Palau 🌊

Governful was honored to take part in the 23rd Pacific Islands Tax Administrators Association (PITAA) Annual Heads Meeting, held in Koror, Palau, and hosted by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Palau.

Tax and revenue leaders from across the Pacific gathered under the theme “Rising with the Tides” to exchange ideas on strengthening revenue administration through risk management, technology, and a capable workforce.

Thank you to the Government of Palau and PITAA for the warm Palauan hospitality and for convening such a meaningful gathering. We are always grateful for the conversations and partnerships that grow out of this gathering, and we look forward to supporting Pacific tax administrations as they build stronger, more resilient and digitally enabled revenue systems.

Great conversations often lead to meaningful opportunities. 🌏

During our visit to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, the Governful team had a great conversation with John Robert Simelum, Director’s Advisor, whose portfolio covers the Republic of Korea, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Taipei, China, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, and Vietnam, together with U.S. Trade Specialist Michael Mia.

It was a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on digital transformation, regional opportunities, and how technology can support stronger and more connected governments.
We appreciate the engaging conversation and look forward to staying connected as we continue expanding Governful’s work across the region.

Advancing Digital Government Through Strategic Collaboration 🌏

During our visit to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, the Governful team, together with U.S. Trade Specialist Mr. Michael Mia, had the privilege of meeting with Ambassador Robert W. Sweeney.

Our discussion explored AI-enabled digital government, fiscal modernization, and opportunities to strengthen collaboration supporting governments across the Philippines, the Pacific, and beyond.

We look forward to turning these conversations into meaningful pathways for smarter, more transparent, and connected government.

🌏 Strengthening Pacific Partnerships at PITAA 2026!

Governful is once again joining PITAA, this time, in Palau, and connecting with Papua New Guinea Internal Revenue Commission (PNG IRC), headed by Commissioner Sam Loi, and Mr. Petereric Andrew, BTO Head of the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG).

Our time with ABG is especially meaningful following the successful go-live of Governful’s Revenue Acceleration Information System (RAIS), a milestone in advancing digital revenue administration in Bougainville.
