Employee Spotlight | Corey Oselies 🌟

Meet Corey, an Account Manager who has been making an impact at New-Tech for 12 years!

He will tell you that the constant evolution of technology and new customer needs keeps things exciting and challenges him to keep learning and adapting. He also loves the problem solving aspect and the people he works with make a huge difference.

His advice to anyone just joining the team is to listen to the people who have been in the industry a long time, ask a lot of questions and not expect to know everything right away but enjoy building your knowledge base over the years.

When he is not working, Corey is spending time with his family, traveling, playing games, watching movies and enjoying a good meal. He also enjoys golfing, cooking out, watching sports and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers!

We’re Hiring: Corrugated Press Machine Operator

New-Tech Packaging is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Corrugated Press Machine Operator to join our team!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate corrugated press machinery
- Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to maintain proper machine performance
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating corrugated or similar manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
