Meet , Operations Manager at The Streamline Companies.

From coordinating property operations and communicating with tenants to supporting projects, events, marketing, and the countless details that happen between them, Maggie helps keep the different sides of Streamline moving in the same direction.

It's a role that requires organization, communication, problem-solving, and occasionally being in five places at once.

Our vertically integrated approach depends on communication between every part of the organization, and Maggie plays an important role in keeping those pieces connected.

We're grateful to have her on the Streamline team.

Real estate may bring us together, but relationships are what make it meaningful.

We recently had the opportunity to bring together our investors, friends, partners, and team for the Streamline Appreciation Event at The Post Mesa.

There was great food, plenty of conversation, and some friendly competition at the casino tables.

The afternoon also gave us the perfect opportunity to talk about risk.

Both gambling and investing involve risk, but there is an important difference.

Before making an investment decision, we have the opportunity to research the market, evaluate the property, analyze the numbers, identify potential challenges, and determine whether the opportunity aligns with our investment strategy.

Risk can never be completely eliminated.

But it can be understood, evaluated, and managed.

Most importantly, this event was our opportunity to say thank you.

We're grateful for everyone who has placed their trust in Streamline and continues to be part of what we're building.

A pretty special full-circle moment for our team.

When David Hrizak first came to Arizona for college, Dave Pratt was already a major voice in Arizona radio, and someone David remembers listening to back then.

Fast forward a few decades, and David and Maggie Hrizak recently had the opportunity to sit down with Dave at the Pratt Podcasting studios.

They spent time talking about business, branding, relationships, and how much both media and business have evolved over the years.

It’s always valuable to connect with people who have built something that lasts, and Dave has done exactly that throughout his career in radio, media, marketing, and storytelling.

A big thank you to Dave and the teams at Pratt Marketing Agency and Pratt Podcasting for having us.

It was a great conversation and a pretty cool full-circle moment for David.
