I don’t say this lightly…
I’ve walked into thousands of dealerships over the last 20 years. Harley-Davidson stores, Powersports, Marine. Every size, every market. And after all of it, the pattern is always the same.
The dealerships that scale aren’t the ones with the best inventory or the biggest ad budget. They’re the ones where someone decided to stop leaving profit to chance and started building a system around it. That’s the work I’ve spent two decades doing. Not from a boardroom. From the floor.
