What started as an opportunity to rethink how dealerships approached F&I and protection products became something much bigger.

In just one year, I helped build and scale a model that gave a Harley-Davidson group the ability to offer their own private-label warranty products - creating a more strategic approach to protection, revenue, and the overall dealership experience.

Not just selling another product.

Building the infrastructure, strategy, relationships, and business model behind it.

One year. A lot of late nights. A lot of learning. A lot of growth.
