Work in progress on our latest hybrid collaboration and all-hands buildout inside an open-timber SoHo loft space 🛠️🏢✨
At Mattera AV Design, we focus on engineering technology that complements original architecture rather than competing with it 🏛️🔌
Whether we are outfitting collaborative floors in SoHo, executive boardrooms in Chelsea, commercial spaces in Midtown Manhattan, or corporate headquarters down in FiDi, the priority is always reliable functionality delivered with a clean, discreet footprint 📍🏙️
A look behind the scenes on this integration:
• 🎥 Large-Format All-Hands Display: A high-lumen ceiling laser projector paired with a motorized drop-down tensioned screen that rolls completely out of sight to preserve open sightlines when not in use.
• 💻 Seamless Meeting Connectivity: Native, one-touch room integration supporting Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams meetings with zero cable clutter.
• 🔇 Engineered Acoustic Balance: Flush acoustic ceiling absorption panels placed strategically between exposed timber beams to manage sound reflections and preserve vocal clarity across an open floor plan.
• 🎶 Distributed Ambient Audio: Architectural pendant loudspeakers tuned for smooth, balanced background music coverage across the workspace.
• 🎤 Presenter Mobility: Fully integrated wireless microphone systems calibrated for clean voice capture throughout the entire room.Sound tuning is underway, with final commissioning updates to come 🚀🔊
