Scaling a global workforce should not mean scaling risk.

A Fortune 500 professional services firm was managing more than 1,800 contingent workers across 35 U.S. states and 20 countries. Payroll fragmentation, compliance exposure, and entity setup delays were slowing growth and stretching HR and legal teams thin.

Jo joined nextSource in 2021 as a Program Specialist supporting one of our flagship higher education relationships. She came to nextSource with 4.5 years of higher education experience from Northeastern University and Eastern Nazarene College, where she held roles across the Bursar’s Office, Residency, and HR. In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor.

From day one, Jo proved to be a quick study, learning the business, processes, and culture of a complex institutional client environment.
