To celebrate Proscenium's 15th anniversary, we're sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year, and throughout June — our actual anniversary month! And we’ve got something to shout about every single week.

To kick things into gear we have Chuck Santoro, Co-Founder and Chief Creative, discussing the T-Mobile Un-Carrier launch we produced at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Las Vegas.

Only five weeks to delivery made this one of the most ambitious events in our nearly two-decade partnership with T-Mobile.

We designed and built an F1-themed attendee journey: a magenta-drenched garage entrance revealing the iconic ‘T’ badge, a presentation space wrapped in 1,800 square feet of LED with custom racing chairs, T-Mobile employees in grandstands cheering attendees on, and Club Magenta featuring a surprise performance from T-Pain and an AI-powered photobooth that turned guests into Formula 1 drivers.

T-Mobile's new switching process takes 15 minutes. So, the event was built to match that speed, from the garage door reveal all the way through to the after-party.

Paris Hilton stopped by and had one word for it: “Hot.”

To celebrate Proscenium's 15th anniversary, we're sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year. This time, we're talking about how we pulled off a true coup de theatre at the TelevisaUnivision NewFront. Watch this video from our VP of Strategy, Henry Evans.

A coup de theatre is that sensational bit of stagecraft in a play that leads to a dramatic surprise, and we had a great one in store:

The event was at the Javits Center, in The Pavilion. It's a T-shaped room, and we had to fit the show into the long, narrow part of the T. The catch? There's only one way in or out, and it's at the bottom of the T. So we had to figure out how to move a whole audience from the show to the party without making them backtrack.

Our solution: send them through the stage.

After the final performance, the center LED screen lifted up into the air, revealing the reception space behind it. The audience walked up onto the stage, underneath the screen, and right into the party. They had no idea there was anything beyond the stage. As far as they knew, they would be heading back out the way they came in. We saw the look on people's faces, complete shock, as this glass-walled space overlooking the Hudson opened up in front of them. We're not going back. We're going through.

And once they were through, the celebration really kicked in. An immersive nod to Hispanic culture with a cantina, wine bars, and a speakeasy tucked behind a bodega for artist meet-and-greets.

At Proscenium, we make every moment matter. And when you can pull off a real coup de theatre, and give an audience a genuine moment of wonder, it's pretty hard to beat.

Yet another example of how we help brands perform.

To celebrate Proscenium’s 15th anniversary, we’re sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year. This time, we’re we’re talking about how we made blood…fun, with Ortho Clinical Diagnostics.

Watch this video from our Director of Marketing and Administration, Bethany Potter.

Ortho recognized that some of their content could be a bit… well… dry. So they looked to us to help them make their videos, graphics, and presentations more entertaining and engaging, while always tying back to messaging. Over the years, we had events that were sports themed, we brought in superheroes and Vegas impersonators, not to mention fake James Browns and Barack Obamas.

Ortho liked what we did at their sales meetings so much, they brought us in to help them tell their story in all sorts of different environments. From conference presentations, to sales talks, to collateral they would leave with doctors, and beyond. Even if their audience was just a single doctor, Proscenium was right there with them to make their brand come alive, and help their messaging stand out.

We spoofed carpool karaoke, shot videos on racetracks, and even had 2 actors disco-dancing to a mirror ball. And somehow, it all made sense and served to increase sales.

Our work with Ortho was a great example of creative collaboration. And it showed how the power of theatrical storytelling can transcend mediums, and help achieve business objectives.

Yet another example of how we help brands perform.

We’re thrilled to announce that our T-Mobile Un-Carrier Event at F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix is an Ex Awards Best Influencer Program finalist!

For this event, we transformed the ARIA ballroom into a fully immersive F1 world complete with a custom garage entrance, a grandstand keynote wrapped in 1,800 sq. ft. of LED, and a Club Magenta afterparty that was set to the perfect DJ mix by Brandi Cyrus and had Paris Hilton in the groove.

T-Mobile's new President & CEO, Srini Gopalan; and Chief Business & Product Officer, Mike Katz used our jaw-dropping stage to unveil their plan to cut carrier switching to under 15 minutes. Then we walked into Club Magenta where T-Pain took the stage and the crowd went wild.

To celebrate Proscenium’s 15th anniversary, we’re sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year. Let’s take a look at Samsung Ad’s fully-immersive 2024 NewFront.

We transformed Lavan Midtown into a custom Samsung environment, building a tailored “catwalk” stage right down the middle of the room and surrounding it on three sides with the audience. This turned every presentation into a shared, high-energy moment.

Then we went further and treated the walls themselves as Samsung’s canvas. We projected content onto the three walls facing the audience, literally immersing the crowd in Samsung Ad’s graphics, and storytelling. Wherever attendees looked, they were inside Samsung’s world.

To our partners at Samsung Ads: thank you for the trusting us to take your NewFront to New Heights. And to our Proscenium team: thank you for making blank walls come to beautiful life in order to help our clients exceed their business objectives.

To celebrate Proscenium’s 15th anniversary, we’re sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year. This time, we’re heading to Las Vegas with one of our longest-standing partners: T‑Mobile.

Watch this video from our Senior Creative Director, Sam Port, who's been with Proscenium since the early days! And has helped guide the creative vision of Winners Circle from the get-go.

For Winners Circle 2023, we helped transform recognition into a full‑blown Vegas spectacle. T‑Mobile’s top performers stepped into a world built just for them: from a high‑energy Magenta Mixer overlooking a full takeover of the T‑Mobile Arena media mesh, to waves of custom swag and an exclusive Town Hall with the Senior Leadership Team.

Inside the main ballroom, an awards show turned every walk across the stage into a moment of pure wow, with unique screen configurations and dynamic LED pixel tubes evoking the power and motion of 5G. A larger‑than‑life hologram slot machine invited attendees to “pull the lever” and step into a new kind of T‑Mobile magic.

The celebration reached its peak when we transformed T‑Mobile Arena into Club Magenta, a high‑voltage playground with nitro smoke desserts, an LED cotton candy wall, glow dancers, immersive AR moments, and DJ beats by William Lifestyle. SOFI TUKKER lit up the stage, followed by a show‑stopping set from NELLY, turning the night into the hottest club on the Strip exclusively for T‑Mobile’s biggest stars.

To our partners at T‑Mobile: thank you for the bold ideas, peerless collaboration, and trust (and we’ll see you back in Vegas later this year!) And to our Proscenium team: thank you for turning Vegas magenta and bringing the impossible to life.

To celebrate Proscenium's 15th anniversary in 2026, we're sharing 15 of our favorite moments throughout the year. Starting with Heineken, Dallas, 2017 when we created something truly unforgettable.

We built an immersive world inside a convention center black box, complete with massive LED walls and a groundbreaking LED floor (the first ever used at a corporate event). In an instant, presenters could step into a swimming pool, walk through an apple orchard, or stand on a football field. Each scenario brought one of Heineken's brands to life through innovative, impactful storytelling.

The result? An Ex Award for Best B2B Production. But more importantly, audiences and presenters told us it felt incredibly intimate and connected, despite the massive scale.

To our partners at Heineken: thank you for the trust and collaboration. And to our Proscenium team: thank you for making the impossible come to life.

Wishing you and yours a far out, out of sight holiday season. And here’s to a groovy, funky, and right on 2026. Dig it! ...
