Club members, we hope you’ll join us this Sunday, October 11, to celebrate our fall releases and get a first look at our new vineyard-designate labels!

We’ll have food from Phat Cart Cafe and Bar available for purchase, plus specially priced library vertical packs. Come taste, pick up your w**es, and spend a little time with us at the w**ery!

The last fruit of the 2026 vintage, two tons of Croft Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, arrived at the w**ery this afternoon. An interesting bookend, as Sauv Blanc was also our first pick of the vintage roughly five weeks ago. We can’t wait to see how this new-to-us vineyard progresses and evolves in the cellar.

PS - We’re down to the last 8 cases of the inaugural 2025 vintage of Sauvignon Blanc, available here at the w**ery, online, or by phone.

Absolutely gorgeous Gamay Noir from Il Sogno Vineyard is making its way through the w**ery today. We’re still waiting on a little Sauvignon Blanc and our block of Temperance Hill Pinot Noir. With most of the fruit now in, the next chapter of harvest is just getting started in the cellar.

Our late summer evenings are almost over! 🍷🌅

This Saturday and next Saturday are your last two chances to enjoy Raptor Ridge until 7pm before we return to our regular 5pm closing time in October.

Come settle in, grab a glass or share a bottle, and soak up one of the last long evenings of the season with us.

Saturday, September 19 & Saturday, September 26 — open until 7pm. 🍷✨

Starting in October, we’ll be back to closing at 5pm.

This morning, we’re digging out carbonically macerated Pinot Gris grapes, pressing them off the skins, and moving them to tank to finish fermentation. This rosé will be available only on tap and only at the w**ery in the spring (or sooner if we can pull it off).

We’re processing Estate Pinot Noir today… Pommard and Wädenswil from our blocks 1, 5, and 9. In this fermenter, a combination of whole cluster and destemmed fruit.

Fruit sampling and analysis helps us plan our picks. This morning’s insights: we’ll pick all our Dion Vineyard Pinot Gris and several single vineyard Pinot Noirs later this week with Grüner likely to follow next week.

Scenes from the first day of harvest: beautiful Sauvignon Blanc from Shallow-Blue-Sea vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton. Lightly crushed with one hour of skin contact before pressing. We’ll allow the juice to settle and chill for two days before racking to barrel for native fermentation and elevage.
