What we like about this one is that it does not need the final layer to make an impression.

The stone, the timbers, and those archways are already carrying a lot of the load. Even with crews still moving on the outside, you can see exactly where this house is headed. That is usually a good sign early in a build.

We like showing a house at the end, because this is when all the work shows up.

Every decision has already been made, every trade has already had their turn, and the house either comes together or it does not.

On this one, the masonry, copper accents, water features, and everything else had to land just right. This one in Midway came together the way we wanted it to, and we are proud to finally show it off.

What we like about this one is pretty simple. It already has real shape before any of the 'pretty' stuff goes in.

The arches, the exposed timbers, and the masonry are giving this house its look right now, while it's still deep in the construction phase. A lot of homes don't get interesting until the last stretch. This one already has.
