It is a powerful thing. We work with every member of Level Up to help them get clarity on their 'why'. Because if your why is strong enough, no obstacle or setback will stop you.

Think for yourself. What is your 'why'? What are you looking to build? Who are you looking to build it with? What do you want to be able to do in your future that no matter what happens, nothing can hold you back?

Once you identify that, you will be invincible.

We challenge each other to put ourselves in situations to learn and grow. We understand that is the only way we can level up as people. We are still sharing and implementing things we learned at the recent conference we attended in Philadelphia. Since only a portion of our sales team attended, we also just registered to attend another conference out of King of Prussia at the end of May. There are always opportunities to learn; you just can't sit back and wait for it to come to you. You need to seek it out.

We've been working with our client to have a large training class begin with us in May. Well, the time has come, and we are very excited to welcome some top talent to the company. With that being said, we wanted to create a space outside of the office and conference room to get to know each other.

This Thursday, May 7th at 7:45 PM, we will be hosting a Meet the Team Happy Hour at Victory Brewing Company. For anyone new or about to join the copmany, please come and feel free to bring a loved one or friend. We love the chance to get to truly know who we'll be working side by side with.

We were very fortunate to attend a regional conference in Philadelphia, where small to medium-sized sales and marketing firms traveled from DC to NYC to meet and run workshops on leadership, sales, and personal development. Today, we wanted to take a moment to shout from the rooftop our appreciation for Haven! She is so much more than an administrator. She is the first voice and face of our company. She is the one who always checks in and makes sure we have the resources we need to be successful. She is the person who cheers for us when we're not cheering for ourselves.

Thank you for everything you do, Haven. One day is not enough to celebrate you, but know we are so grateful to have you in our lives.

Save the Date: Thursday, April 30th, after work, we will come together as a company at our office to create 'Notes of Sunshine'. We are continuing our partnership with Philabundance on this amazing project that provides Seniors with a helpful package for them based on their current situation, which includes these positive notes we make.

This is a great chance to give back to our community in a different way and create memorable experiences together. Positively impacting people is something we strive to do every day, and we know this will be a great event to do that.
