When we first started promoting events, we just followed suit with what all the other event companies were doing. But we’ve realized — we were wrong!

As a special holiday present, JACE Group is proudly updating our policy to better match what families have always known… a 12-year-old isn’t an adult!

Starting October 15th, 2025, all children ages 15 and under will now qualify for child admission at every JACE Group event!

That means families save even more while enjoying the best expos and conventions around — from reptiles and pets to cannabis, home & garden, and beyond.

📢 Important Payment Update for JACE Group Customers 📢

We want to inform everyone that effective immediately, we will no longer be accepting Venmo or CashApp as payment methods.

As many of you know, JACE Group does not run events on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis. Because of this, there are long periods—especially between September and May—when we do not process any transactions. Unfortunately, every time we resume business, both Venmo and CashApp flag our activity as “suspicious,” locking us out and forcing us to go through a lengthy re-verification process. This causes unnecessary delays for both us and our customers.

Despite multiple conversations with both companies, they have been unable to provide a valid reason for this issue, nor have they offered a solution. As a result, we can no longer rely on them to handle our business transactions efficiently. We are even reconsidering our relationship with Square, as they own CashApp.

Moving forward, we will only accept payments from Venmo or CashApp if you are using a card issued by them or their tap-to-pay system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but our priority is ensuring smooth, secure, and timely transactions for our customers.

If these companies improve their systems to better accommodate business accounts like ours, we may reconsider accepting them in the future. Until then, we appreciate your understanding and support.
