Andrea joins our crew as the newest early morning IT Service Technician. While the rest of us sip that first cup of coffee, she's already up and at 'em, tackling tickets before the sun comes up.

With nearly a decade of client-facing support experience in the software sphere, she's just the person for the job. Andrea cares deeply about helping others, whether she's giving a hand to a client or helping build up the folks around her. She's kind, keen, and ready to dive right on in.

Last week, Paul and Kelly hit the road and headed to Greenville for TD SYNNEX Inspire.

They spent the week soaking up industry insights, swapping ideas with partners and peers, and growing relationships along the way. We’re firm believers that teamwork makes for the best work, and we’re grateful to have the best in the IT biz batting for our team. ⚾

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month. To kick things off, John has an ask: Please ditch the password spreadsheet (or page in your Notes app, or *shudders* actual sticky note) and get a password manager.

We know for a fact that there are still a lot of folks out there using these highly hackable methods to store the keys to their accounts. If this is you, you’re not alone. But, it’s definitely time to prioritize this upgrade.

On our blog, John is answering all your questions about password managers: the security and practicality that they bring, and what makes them different from other methods like browser-based password storage.

This month, we’re celebrating the Inter-versaries of four of our long-timers:

Alex is ringing in 9 years, John celebrates 17 years, and Andy and Tim round it all out with a whopping 26 and 27 years, respectively.

Their cumulative experience represents a ton of evolution, in IT, and for Internetworks: They’ve seen innovation, technology transition, and helped countless clients through these changes along the way. As our company has matured, they’ve put in the time and heart to help our culture grow right alongside it.

They say time flies when you're doing what you love. 💙 Thanks, you four, for many years of hard work and your commitment to our mission.

Over the weekend, we headed to the Willamette Valley for our annual camping trip. This year’s theme: ren faire!

We journeyed the grounds like knights and nobles, competing in epic tournaments of jousting, HORSE, and Magic the Gathering for glory and honor. (And by that, we mean bragging rights.)

‘Twas a weekend of feasts and libations, campfire hangs, chitchats under the stars, and equal parts camaraderie and hilarity.

Cheers to company worth trading a weekend for, and to memories we simply wouldn’t trade. 💙 🍻

Yesterday, we joined our lovely clients at A to Z Wineworks as they worked through their harvest. We normally work behind the scenes to keep their technology running, but we loved the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes peek into their world of w**emaking.

To show our appreciation and celebrate the fruits of their labor (get it?), we ordered up gelato for their whole crew.
