Experience matters, and so do the people who choose to keep showing up.

This month, we’re celebrating the NEI team members marking another year with us. Thank you for the time, commitment, and value you bring to our clients, communities, and team every day.

Help us congratulate our October service anniversaries!

Today we celebrate 251 years of the United States Navy.

Since 1775, generations of Sailors have served our country at sea and around the world.

Happy Birthday to the U.S. Navy and to all the Sailors, past and present, who have answered the call to serve.

This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Aaron Holmes. Officer Holmes may be new to the team, but he is already the kind of officer clients love having on their property. His reports paint a clear picture of what is going on each shift, and you can tell he cares about catching the details. He walks the stairwells carefully, keeps an eye out for anyone loitering or causing damage.

What really sets him apart is how he goes about the work. If something comes up that he is not sure about, Officer Holmes stops and asks rather than guessing his way through it. That instinct to get it right is exactly what it means to Be Valuable. He stays humble, keeps his reporting honest and transparent, and quietly makes sure clients are getting the best he has to give.

Officer Aaron Holmes, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the team. Your resolve and dedication to the team and the communities we serve are noticed and greatly appreciated. Your commitment is part of what makes Northwest Enforcement the great team that it is. YOU ROCK!!!!!

Taking care of a community doesn’t stop when the property team heads home.

Our officers are there to help look after the properties, communities, and residents our clients trust us to protect, even when they’re off site.

We appreciate the trust our clients place in the NEI team every day.

Did you know NEI has local dispatch available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on holidays?

When something happens at a property, getting an answer shouldn’t depend on the time of day.

Our local dispatch team helps keep communication moving around the clock, connecting clients and officers when it matters most.

Because security doesn’t clock out at 5.

Being an NEI officer means more than showing up to a post. It means staying sharp, handling the details that matter, and knowing the team you're part of stands behind you. We're a core value led, locally owned company that backs our officers with real benefits and real support.

We're currently hiring officers across Oregon and Southwest Washington. If you're steady under pressure and take pride in the work, apply today at nwenforcement.com.

This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Beau Vandervort. Officer Vandervort has a real gift for connecting with people, and it shows up in everything he does. He works at a site where customer service is a huge part of the job, and he consistently delivers the kind of experience that leaves a lasting impression. Clients have taken notice too. We have received multiple kudos calling out just how well he represents NEI on their properties.

His flexibility is just as impressive. Officer Vandervort has cross-trained at two higher-profile sites that are very different from one another, and he is thriving at both. It is a clear example of what it means to Be Valuable. Nothing Less Will Do. He shows up invested in every post, communicates with real transparency, and gives clients a teammate they can genuinely rely on.

Officer Beau Vandervort, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the team. Your resolve and dedication to the team and the communities we serve are noticed and greatly appreciated. Your commitment is part of what makes Northwest Enforcement the great team that it is. YOU ROCK!!!!!

Some security companies make themselves the story. We'd rather let the work speak.

Our latest blog looks at why being humble isn't just a value we hold, it's part of what makes NEI a different kind of security partner.
