This week we are honored to be highlighting Officer Tom Jones. Officer Jones is approaching an impressive milestone: five years with NEI. Over that time, his attendance has been remarkable, and that steady presence is something both clients and teammates have come to rely on. He's always willing to help the team out, regularly picking up extra shifts throughout the week wherever he's needed. That dependability reflects an officer who is genuinely invested in the work and the people around him.
