Busy season is coming, are you ready?

Here are Molly’s tips to get ahead before it gets hectic 👇 (save this!)

Batch your posts and dedicate a few hours, schedule them out for the whole summer. Most platforms have this built in!

Make a calendar post with a list all your events, specials & schedule in one place. Repost it to Stories weekly so people always know what’s happening.

1–2 posts per week minimum — keep them on-brand and recognizable. One is better than nothing!

Repost your posts to Stories regularly and cross-post to other platforms for more visibility.

People may be off their phones in summer, but visitors are searching for where to go RIGHT NOW. Plans change, you will be visible.

It takes 7–10 times for someone to remember your business.

Focus on strong captions and local/niche tags with lower usage for better reach.

Drop a comment if you found this helpful, and repost this if you did — I’ll DM you one bonus tip to get more visibility.

Sometimes I keep riffing on thoughts and I get to the deep end and I’m like “oh wait”. I actually think this happened lol.

Obviously this brand hasn’t had much direct competition, if any, the majority of its existence. But it could’ve been competitive with any fermented foods all this time and I just think that’s interesting. The further removed you are from you target customers the less you’ll know how to sell to them unless your team making these decisions can think like them.

That’s why nuance and discernment is so important, lots of campaigns I see are selling to a class or customer group that may not even exist anymore. Or they haven’t truly internalized cultural shifts or relative trends quickly enough to adapt.

Just some cottage cheese girly thoughts, lol

Use text on your posts and reels to tell your customers what to do. “Buy this, drink this, eat this…” you gotta sell more in this market. People are lazy and not going to notice or remember to buy your products or shop at your business without stating it explicitly.

Behavior on social media is very diverse and has changed tons. Lots of people turn the sound off, lots of people don’t read captions, you gotta sell more. That just how it is. Of course you can share pretty pictures but that is not advertising or selling.

Call me if ya need me or follow for more tips. :)

Pitching myself to talk about your business or product on here. :) I will need to get it down to under three minutes though and maybe reign in the giggling at my own jokes. If you’ve paid attention to the burger CEOs you’d notice that their teams have dialed in on what people today require to become interested or invested in your brand: genuine connection. I think it’s debatable on if it of the tactic was successful. But I don’t want to work with companies like McDonalds and I think the more important part is that the person on camera should have a genuine interest in sharing their positive experience and good thoughts about your product(s)or business. Think word of mouth, the way you would talk to your friends and family about the things and places you love. In this current timeline, you need to be able to communicate and talk your clients and customers directly about why they need your products, service, or business. At the same time people have never been more afraid of being filmed talking. Rightfully so, but this is the truth about where we are. I believe with everything going on in the world this trend will only increase, if you don’t feel comfortable doing this find folks that will. It doesn’t need to be the CEO but rather a person who can convey genuine interest and describe in an honest way what they like about it! ;)

Make the mac and cheese tho!

Happy International Women’s Day! Some reflection on being a woman, I think most of us could relate. People thinking you’re dumb is actually some of the best alchemy ever because they have revealed themselves and their mindset to you. Through my journey of wanting to be seen genuinely I have learned that NOT being seen by some is also gift. 💝

Some reminders for all you amazing folks. This full moon eclipse brought some potent energy. It can cause heightened emotions and rash decision making , stay grounded it’s not the time to play with energy, it’s a time to be steadfast and careful.

When this type of thing happens to you regularly your entire life you start to pick up on it right away and for me I’ve developed an awareness that continues to get stronger and also the capacity to just sit with the fact that my happiness and greatness really bothers other people for some reason.

Earlier this year, I wrote an essay on betrayal because I experienced one this summer and I recognize that I am a mirror for people who have not met themselves fully. I hope to share my writing eventually.

I’m human and things like this do hurt because I don’t deny my feelings and emotions, I feel and allow them to exist as they are. That being said I’ve had to learn that this friction signals to me the power that I do have and in the end becomes confirmation of my gifts.
