Rammed Earth Houses stay cool even in the hottest days of summer. They are fire proof. They are the most robust building material. Imagine not taxing the power grid (or in some cases not being on the grid). In light of climate conditions and regular fire seasons, it baffles me that this modernized version of a known building technology, that is actually ancient, is not more widely considered.
