Interestingly, most don’t have a system to generate these referrals consistently.

Instead, they rely on casual referrals and barely survive, or they waste a lot of money on ads that don’t work.

Business transformation takes time.

You may have spent 10, 15, or even 20+ years building habits, making decisions, hiring people, creating systems, and developing a company culture that has gotten you to where you are today.

You can’t expect to undo all of that overnight.

Sometimes the process means rebuilding your team. Sometimes it means changing your culture. Sometimes it means putting systems in place that should have been there years ago. And sometimes, the hardest part is changing the way you think as the owner.

There is no magic button. There is no overnight fix.

But if you stick with the process, implement what you’re being taught, and give the changes time to work, you can build a business that operates completely differently than the one you started with.

The goal isn’t a quick fix. The goal is lasting change.
