🍂 Gather around the table for an evening inspired by the harvest. 🍷

As autumn settles over the vineyards, join us November 13th for our Harvest W**emaker’s Dinner, an intimate evening of w**e, food and connection at C’est la Vie.

Dine alongside Europa Village’s Head W**emaker, Blake Miller, as he shares the stories, inspiration and craft behind a selection of his hand-picked w**es. Each glass will be thoughtfully paired with a five-course, autumn-inspired menu from Executive Chef Hany Ali, celebrating the season’s richest flavors.

From butter-poached scallops with a silky lobster bisque emulsion to frisée salad and filet mignon bourguignon, every course offers a new taste of fall, perfectly complemented by the w**es that bring each dish to life.

Noche de los Mu***os exceeded every expectation.

Two nights at C’est la Vie filled with marigold pathways, glowing candlelight, live Latin music, ofrendas of remembrance, and a community that showed up and celebrated in the most beautiful way.

This is what Día de los Mu***os looks like at Europa Village. And we are so grateful we got to be part of it.
