Sometimes I bring work home with me…

Did you know the mini bottles are HAND LABELED?!
(Like peel the label from the roll and hand place them on the bottle? 😱)

It’s so much more enjoyable with a TV show going and coffee on the couch 😂

Thank you all sooo much who came out to taste, sample, and shop our w**es at the Bismarck Street Fair❤️
I got such good feedback both praises and some constructive thoughts that I can take to make those next batches of w**e even better 😁

**I did want to address again that if you purchased a bottle of the plum w**e there is probably some sediment in the bottom!! If you do not like this please come find me at the next show in Bismarck and I’ll trade you your unopened bottle for one without sediment.
**so what is it? The sediment is mostly just the very fine particles of fruit that have been settling out as the w**e has been sitting in our cellar, in a traditional grape w**e this could be a combination of lees (dead yeast cells) or tartrates but ours is just “fruit dust”
**totally safe to drink, has no extra taste, and if you’d like to filter it out either use a decanter or run the w**e though a coffee filter and it’ll be extra clear again

Feel free to share with your w**e friends that may have gotten the plum w**e so they are aware

Hello w**e lovers!
We are sad we couldn’t make it to the Watford farmers market on Thursday.. apples were ready and needed to be taken care of ASAP! 700 POUNDS of them!

Next week Sept 10th will be the last farmers market we can make it to, but don’t worry, all the w**es are available at Red Barn Liquor in Watford so you’re set up 🍷

And if you need any excuse to make a day trip come down to Dickinson on Fri/Sat the 11th/12th for the Harvest festival and Pride of Dakota 😊
