🚩 Red flag: someone claiming to be "from your debt counsellor" contacts you from a number you don't recognise and asks you to pay into a new account.

Scammers copy real company names, logos and even similar-sounding names. Protect yourself:

✅ Debt review payments go through a registered Payment Distribution Agency (PDA), never a personal or "new" account.

✅ NDA will never ask you to pay your debt review instalment into a new or personal account.

✅ Check that any debt counsellor is registered with the National Credit Regulator. Our registration number is NCRDC2351.

✅ If in doubt, contact us on our official details below before you pay anything.
