A lot is happening at Saxenburg right now, and it all points to one thing: the next harvest.

In the vineyard, we’re spraying to keep pests and disease away from the new season’s crop. The young vines are getting extra love too.
In the cellar, we’re clearing space for the new harvest, and blending and filtering are underway.

From vine to cellar to bottle, this is what goes on behind every glass.
