Every spring, our oldest vines wake up first and before a single grape can grow, our team is out here, pruning back the burst to make sure what’s left has room to become something exceptional.
It’s slow, deliberate work. The kind that doesn’t photograph as glamorous, but is the actual reason the w**e tastes the way it does.
