Good day everyone

Education Knowledge Training and Consulting Services NPO: 281-803 T/A EduKnow Training & Consulting Services is a registered non profit organization that is tax compliant and is tax exempted. This organization acquired the services a particular lady based in Pretoria to assist with QCTO accreditation (a process which would normally take 90 days). To date we haven't been accredited for the programs we needed help with. She's been quiet, not updating us on anything, She would say documents outstanding.....on our part we gave her the documents she requested.

This person has a LinkedIn profile as a consultant. We posted on this platform and she responded to our request.

As the organization's representative i checked with QCTO She's not known there checked with ETDPSETA if she is an Assessor/Moderator.....?

We now on the 2nd year nothing is coming up from her, she's been paid what she asked for.

We seeking advice on how to deal with this.
