Ridgeback Wines is situated in North Agter Paarl Surrounded by the rugged magnificence of the Paarl Mountains. The vineyards are amongst the finest in the Cape and the cellar produces award winning wines reflecting our unique viticultural site. The Deck Restaurant, open for breakfast and lunch is located over an expansive pond, home to a selection of waterfowl. A perfect place to relax while enjoying one of our fine breakfasts or our delicious antipasti platters, whilst tantalising your taste buds with a glass or two of one of our fine wines. We offer a selection of delicious breakfasts, Asian platters, snack, Italian and cheese platters, as well as our popular dishes such as steak and kidney pie, delicious 12 Prawns, succulent rump steaks served with mustard sauce and gourmet hamburgers. After a relaxing breakfast or lunch take a short stroll to our newly renovated tasting room, here on can tantalise one’s taste buds further by taking part in a wine tasting with one of our knowledgeable tasting room assistants or purchase wines to take home. The Deck Restaurant is open for breakfast from Monday to Saturday 0830 to 1130(last orders 1100), Lunch 1200 to 1630 (last orders 1600). Sunday 0830 to 1130 (last orders 1100), Lunch 1200 to 1530 (last order 1500) Restaurant closes at 1600. The Tasting Room is open for sales and tasting from Monday to Saturday 0900 to 1730 (last tasting 1615). Sunday 0900 to 1600 (last tasting 1515). Tasting room closes 1600.
