The government has signaled that support coordination will move from the current fee-for-service market to a commissioned model from 1 July 2028.

This would involve the NDIA directly commissioning a new service called Support Coordination and Connection (SCC).

The proposal for the SCC model is laid out in a consultation paper from the Department and NDIA.

Consultations close 2nd October- so you’ll have to get in quick to have your say!
