Have you ever been rock bottom?

I know I have. More than once.

It's never a pleasant ride to the bottom, but there is ONE good thing about being rock bottom which has been my go to every time.

Sometimes we can become so focused on explaining why something is hard...that without realising it, we begin accepting what we don’t want. We give all our attention to how we got here, rather than deciding what we’re going to do with what we have now.
