Some projects are about the work. The best ones are about the people.
A huge thank you to Craig Smith and Alex Grierson for the opportunity to work with the Travellers Group over the past five months.
It has been an absolute joy working with Craig again after all these years. What has stood out to me is his continued commitment to investing in people, recognising potential and creating opportunities for talent to grow.
Alex is a fantastic example of that. Watching talented people be given the opportunity to develop, build their confidence and grow their capability is incredibly rewarding, and I’ve loved being part of that journey.
I’m grateful every day for the network I’ve built throughout my career and, particularly, for the people who continue to place their trust in me and the services I provide.
But what matters most is getting to work alongside genuinely good people in our industry and people who care about their teams, their businesses and developing the next generation of talent. If, along the way, I can help grow the talent pool of skilled Revenue Managers in our industry, that makes the work even more worthwhile.
