See Saw Wine - Family owned vineyard were innovative farming leads to innovative wines See Saw Wines is family owned and operated by Justin and Pip Jarrett.

See Saw Wines capture the essence of enjoyment, long lazy lunches in the sun and spending time with friends. They are pleasurable and delightful expressions of the Orange cool climate we produce them in. Each wine is ethically and sustainably produced ensuring we do our bit for the Earth. They planted 22ha of vines in 1997, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Marsanne, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlo

t and Shiraz. Since then the vineyard has increased dramatically, and collectively they are now one of the largest in the central west. Our Balmoral, Springvale / Coole Park and Annangrove Park vineyard plantings now cover 170 hectares with an average elevation of 800m across the 3 sites keeping the small yet passionate team busy all year round. Our vineyards volcanic origins of Mt Canobolas (near where the vineyard is located) have produced a highly fertile soil, in conjunction with the climate, the area is ideally suited to the growing of grapes and the production of cool climate wines. To produce world class cool climate wines, a balanced approach and unyielding commitment to quality is needed. Patience, acceptance for what Mother Nature deals you and balance in all things are the key requirements. It’s that extended time till ripening that brings out the best in our wine.

You haven’t experienced winter in the Orange Wine Region until you’ve had Richard Learmonth winter menu at the See Saw cellar door. ✨

This winter Richard has paired our organic whites with a hearty Vegetable Minestrone topped with grated Pecorino cheese and served with Garlic and Herb Bruschetta. Our selection of reds are paired with a slow cooked Osso Buco Pot Pie with a flaky puff pastry lid… Richard Learmonth this may be our favourite season yet! 🤌🏻
