And honestly? That tells you everything you need to know.

When people can’t build what you’ve built…
they try to take what you have.

Why? 🤷🏽‍♂️
Because they’re threatened.

Threatened by the culture.
Threatened by the leadership.
Threatened by the RESULTS.

But here’s the truth…

You don’t “steal” a strong team. 💯
You don’t “poach” real leadership.
