The client approached us with a request to purchase a house in Spain. Their income was generated outside the country, and they had approximately 50% of the property value available upfront.

Prior to working with Estate Barcelona, the client had spent a considerable amount of time dealing with other agencies, but each transaction reached a dead end: installment plans were not an option, a mortgage was considered highly unlikely, and no alternative solutions were proposed.

• Marbella posted the highest room rates at €365 per night, with the Balearic Islands at €220, highlighting strong pricing power.

• Madrid continues to outperform, with hotel prices up 5.3% and RevPAR up 6.4%.

• Barcelona shows healthy stabilisation, holding occupancy near 78% with minimal price adjustments.

While average hotel prices across Europe rose by about 1.2%, Spain recorded growth close to 5%, reinforcing its position as one of Europe’s strongest hospitality markets.
