Every payslip we process is audited automatically and in real time as part of our SafeRec Certification.

Our Agency, MSP and End Client partners can log in to the SafeRec platform for free and see the audit results for their own workers, payslip by payslip.

If you work with us, take a moment to check that every worker you’ve placed with us appears in your account. It is the best way to confirm that all of their payslips have been included in the audit.

Paying people correctly is the floor, not the finish line.

Plenty of providers can run a payslip.

Fewer can show you how they handle holiday pay, deductions, contract terms, worker communication and the money that flows through the chain.

As an FCSA Member, we are assessed against the FCSA Codes, which cover far more than the numbers on a payslip. They set standards for how a business is run: transparency with the worker, proper record-keeping, sound processes and how funds are managed. An independent assessor checks the detail, so it is not us marking our own homework.

That breadth matters more each year. With right to work checks widening and extended liability pushing responsibility up the supply chain from 1st October 2026, clients and agencies need evidence that a provider does the whole job properly, not just the easy part.

Umbrella companies come under statutory regulation for the first time in April 2027. That is not far off. The rules are being written now, and the businesses ready for them will be the ones already working to a clear standard.

We hold FCSA Membership because it means our compliance has been checked against the FCSA Codes by an independent assessor.

We do not simply declare it ourselves. FCSA is not-for-profit and standards-first, so Membership is a standard we have to meet and keep meeting.

As statutory regulation arrives, that head start matters to everyone in the chain who relies on us getting PAYE, holiday pay and worker treatment right.
