Ofsted updated its guidance on notifying significant events on 22 October 2026.

For Early Years providers, understanding reporting responsibilities is essential.

⏰ 𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥:

Relevant significant events must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the event.
