We are delighted to announce the winner of Le Cordon Bleu Scholarship 2026 is Snah Fatah! Congratulations!

The news was announced following a fabulous dinner with all of the finalists plus special guests from the press and hospitality industry.

Join us at Le Cordon Bleu London on Wednesday 7th October for a guest demonstration with Chef Petty Elliott.

Petty showcases Indonesian cookery via a modern approach appropriate to today's kitchens and busy, busy families, while preserving the unique flavours, vibrant colours and culinary traditions that go back to the original spice islands, home of nutmeg and cloves.

Petty launched her cookbook, The Indonesian Table in April 2023, which was followed this year by her new book The Indonesian Vegetarian Table, from which she takes the recipes for this demonstration.

From fragrant sambals and coconut-rich vegetables to tempeh, tofu and ancient spice blends, this demonstration explores how Indonesian cuisine creates extraordinary depth and complexity without relying on meat.

We are delighted to announce we will be hosting a live Patisserie demonstration, led by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef Conor Cockram at Printworks Kitchen and Bar, Leeds City College at 1pm on Saturday 17th October.
