Hi, I’m David, and I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’re anything like the people I’ve helped, you’re probably feeling weighed down by anxiety, maybe even wondering if it’s possible to truly break free from it. I can tell you this: you’re not alone, and change is possible.

My journey to becoming a hypnotherapist wasn’t a straight line. It’s deeply personal—filled with struggles and triumphs that taught me compassion, resilience, and the power of self-belief. I’ve faced my own battles with depression and dark times, so I understand firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for help. I was on antidepressants for over eight years, and it was a series of life-changing sessions with a therapist that helped me find my way back. I came off medication and, for the first time in years, felt in control of my life. Later, a difficult career change at age 50 pushed me to follow what I believe is my life’s purpose: helping others find the same kind of freedom.

Celebrating Successes

When I started out on my journey to be a full time hypnotherapist this motivational video had such a profound effect on me.

I was discussing business with a friend yesterday and the conversation sparked several memories of how I broke through the fear and limiting beliefs, and transformed from working in corporate job as an Engineering Manager to becoming a very successful and highly respected Professional Hypnotherapist.

Find yourself a mastermind partner or a mentor or a coach or someone you have to answer to on a weekly basis. We are so much more likely to stretch ourselves, or even just show up, if someone else is involved. It's why people get running partners and personal trainers and join study groups we could pursue our goals on our own, but because we don't want to look like a b**b in front of others, and because two minds are more powerful than one, we get better results when we team up with awesome people.
