Wow… what a horse! ❤️

Our first CCI-S 2* International together, and what a weekend it was!

Saturday was dressage day, where we managed to keep it together and achieve a personal best score of 34.1. I was absolutely over the moon with this, especially as tension has always been our biggest challenge in this phase.

Sunday was jumping day. The show jumping proved tricky for plenty of combinations, but Knocknippy Boy gave me everything. We produced a lovely round with just one pole down.

Then came the cross-country… all I can say is, he is an absolute machine! 💪 He flew around the course, answered every question with confidence, and tackled some seriously meaty fences like the superstar he is, finishing with a lovely clear.

He makes my dreams come true every time we go out, and I owe him so much. I’m beyond proud of you, Knocknippy Boy. ❤️✨

13.2hh 4 Year Old Registered Connemara Filly! 🐴🏡

Unbacked and ready to start, she has a lovely kind nature and shows a natural ability over a fence. A genuine young pony with plenty of potential for the future.

Loving our new saddle from Gemma Bowles & Natalie Hare - TDS Saddlers!

Fantastic to see these 2 out flying around the Novice, feeling more secure in their new Fairfax Classic jump 🤩 The wonderful Zuko is a more challenging shape and had historically sent saddles backwards, but after playing around with a few models Natalie could see that the right panel shape was going to be the key to success with him, and we are thrilled to see they are out enjoying their new match already, what a great partnership!

What a difference 4 years makes!!

From a 4 year old at his very first competition to an 8 year old established Novice Eventer…

I knew he was special from that first day, just maybe not this special!

I’m so excited to say we now have all our Novice MERS, which means we can enter our first 2*!! 😬

It’s been such a rewarding journey, especially having bought him as an unbacked 3 year old from Ireland.

So excited for what’s next for Knocknippy Boy!✨

Cirencester Park BE Novice! 🐎

Knocknippy Boy gave me a great feeling in the dressage in very strong company! Just rubbed a pole show jumping, finishing with a super clear cross country, answering all the questioning like a total pro!

I honestly struggle to find words for this special little horse as he just blows me away each time!! 🥰
