Most people think Lasting Powers of Attorney are only for later life, but that’s one of the biggest misconceptions we see.

An LPA isn’t about age.
It’s about being prepared.

Accidents, illness or unexpected changes in health can happen at any stage of life.
Without a Lasting Power of Attorney in place, your loved ones may not automatically be able to make decisions or manage finances on your behalf.

There are two types of LPA:
✔️ Health & Welfare
✔️ Property & Financial Affairs

Putting them in place early gives you control over who would act for you if needed, rather than leaving important decisions to the courts.

It’s one of those documents people often wish they’d arranged sooner, not later.
