*IMPORTANT REGULATORY UPDATE | NEW MANDATORY FILINGS FOR ALL SRI LANKAN COMPANIES*
Following the Extraordinary Gazette No. 2480/48 dated 21.03.2026, the Department of Registrar of Companies (eROC) has introduced mandatory Beneficial Ownership submissions.
Effective Date: 30th March 2026
Mandatory Forms: BO 01, BO 05, and BO 07.
Who is affected? ALL New Incorporations AND Existing Companies.
Failure to comply will result in the rejection/resubmission of incorporations and potential legal penalties for existing firms.
HR Group of Ceylon Service Update:
Due to these new government-mandated requirements, a processing fee of Rs. 10,000/= will be added to all service plans. This covers the professional filing of Form BO 05 (Authorised Person) and Form BO 07 (Beneficial Owners) via the official government portal.
Existing Clients: Please log in to your WhatsApp to initiate these mandatory filings immediately. This is a new statutory requirement by the ROC that applies regardless of previous payments.

2026.03.21 දිනැති අංක 2480/48 දරන අතිවිශේෂ ගැසට් පත්රයට අනුව, සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්රාර් දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව (eROC) විසින් ප්රතිලාභී අයිතිකරුවන් (Beneficial Ownership) ලියාපදිංචි කිරීම අනිවාර්ය කර ඇත.
ක්රියාත්මක වන දිනය: 2026 මාර්තු 30 සිට
අනිවාර්ය පත්රිකා: BO 01, BO 05 සහ BO 07.
අදාළ වන්නේ කාහටද? සියලුම නව සහ දැනට ලියාපදිංචි වී ඇති පැරණි සමාගම් සඳහා.
මෙම රෙගුලාසි කඩ කිරීම මඟින් සමාගම් ලියාපදිංචිය අවලංගු වීමට හෝ නීතිමය දඩුවම් වලට යටත් වීමට ඉඩ ඇත.

රජය විසින් අලුතින් පනවන ලද මෙම නීතිමය අවශ්යතා සපුරාලීම සඳහා, සියලුම සේවා පැකේජ සඳහා රු. 10,000/= ක අමතර ගාස්තුවක් එකතු වේ. මෙයට BO 05 සහ BO 07 ආකෘති පත්ර නිල රජයේ ද්වාරය හරහා වෘත්තීයමය ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමේ සේවාව ඇතුළත් වේ.
