UoA Career Leaders

UoA Career Leaders Career Leaders is a student volunteering group based at the University of Auckland Business School Mondays to Fridays, 12 to 2 pm.

Our main services include:
• Drop-in at Business School Student Centre (OGGB, Level 1). No booking required, just drop-in and see us! Currently, due to uni being online, check in would also move online delivered live through zooms.
• Online checks through this link www.business.auckland.ac.nz/online-check. Use your university email to access. The Career Leaders’ main purpose is to assist busines

s students with their career development and employability. For both these services we can provide verbal and written feedback on your job application. The Career Leaders are trained student volunteers who can provide business specific advice regarding CVs, cover letters, application forms and LinkedIn profiles. Last week, we had the opportunity to host our Property Speed Networking event, and it was an incredibly engaging evening.

It was great to see so many students step forward to connect with industry professionals, ask thoughtful questions, and explore opportunities within the property sector.

A big thank you to the professionals who shared their time, insights, and experiences with our students.

Thank you as well to everyone who attended and brought such a positive and proactive energy. Seeing students put themselves out there and make meaningful connections is what these events are all about.
