Hosted at the NTUC Centre, this session was co-organised by SME Centre @ SMCCI, the Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), and SMMWU to address a critical shift in the digital landscape. Because businesses are increasingly being discovered through Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), SMEs must optimise their presence for platforms like ChatGPT and Gemini.
