Falcon Structures

Falcon Structures Think Inside The Box. Since 2003 Falcon Structures has been creating shipping container structures. There are so many ways to repurpose shipping containers.

There's a bit of irony to the fact we're in the container business. That's because we know the real thing we provide to our clients is uncontainable opportunity. Whether it's the ability to manage your inventory better or house employees in a secure, weather-proof environment, everything our clients use us for ultimately increases profit margins or decreases a line item on your budget. As business

people ourselves, we understand how important saving money can be to most organizations out there - from schools to military branches, mom-and-pop retailers, to major corporations. That's also why we understand that time is just as important of a factor as currency. Our employees exist to help you maximize your bang for your buck, as well as operate in a punctual, courteous manner. We know you need us to be where you need us, when you need us and with no margin for error. Started in 2002 by a duo of former "dot-commers," Falcon Containers quickly grew to a 15-person company. Everyone here is committed to employing the Rotary Four-Way Test in our interactions with each other, our suppliers, the community, and most importantly, you.

Comparing quotes on a portable structure? This one’s for you. We broke down the six cost categories that most often get underscoped before a project starts (spoiler: they’re the ones that can also inflate the total cost 20-30% if you’re not looking closely).

A quote gets the structure to a staging point. Deployment gets it into service. What’s in the gap? Logistics, site prep, utilities, permits, customization … plan for it before you commit.

A lot of people assume shipping containers are just painted steel. But they're not.

They're built from corten, a weathering steel that's engineered to rust on purpose. A thin layer forms at the surface and stops there. No repainting, no creeping corrosion, no maintenance cycle most buyers plan for and never need.

That's one of the reasons a container can sit on a job site for years and still hold its structure.

We broke down 👇 what's actually in a container, from the self-protecting steel to the marine-grade flooring.

Shipping containers are built from corten steel, from the frame to the cargo doors. Here's what each part is made of, and why it matters for your project.

When you’re harnessing the power of the sun (ahem, solar farming), you need a place to escape the heat.
And go to the bathroom.
And log onto your laptop.
And eat lunch.
And wash your hands.

From the floor plan 👉 to the job site.

We worked with this customer to configure a triple-wide container workspace that now serves as an O&M (operations & maintenance) hub on a remote job site.

An open break area with kitchenette, private offices, private bathroom, and built-in work surfaces with ample climate control make this quite the respite when work takes you to the middle of nowhere!

Porta potties are no one’s first choice on a jobsite in a Texas summer.
This 20ft container office solves that: two fully plumbed, climate-controlled bathrooms flanking a workspace in the middle, built to move wherever the job goes next. One general contractor made the call to invest in it instead of renting something they'd just hand back later.

Is it an office? Is it storage? Is it a place to cool off in this triple-digit heat?
Why not all three?

This 40-foot workspace was configured to include a roll-up door for easy equipment access, with the other end primed and ready for workers to conduct operations or take sheltered breaks.
Shipping off soon to travel from job to job for an industrial services provider 👋
