Our customer, Luzerne County, recently partnered with local media to help voters understand what to expect at the polls during the May 19th primary election, including the transition from touchscreen ballot-marking devices to hand-marked paper ballots.

This year marked an important transition, with voters successfully using hand-marked paper ballots rather than touchscreen ballot-marking devices. Efforts like these highlight the value of clear communication in supporting a smooth, informed voting experience.
