October is Employee Ownership Month!

In 2012, we set out to become an employee-owned company by 2020.

It was part of an eight-year plan that only took seven. In 2019, we were officially an ESOP, with 30% of the business owned by Intrust IT team members.

Six years after that, in 2025, we became a 100% employee-owned company, with the acquisition by 3LS, Inc.

We've learned a lot about what it means to have ownership, accountability to each other and pride in our work. Over the years our employee-ownership has benefited the business and individual team members financially while delivering positive client outcomes.

Thank you, Tim Rettig for starting and inspiring our journey, to 3LS, Inc. for helping us transition to 100% ESOP and to all of our team for the hard work along the way.
