I’ve had a great time joining some fellow automotive industry voices on their podcasts over the last few months!

The rest of the year is packed with two dealership consulting visits, the BHPH Forum, 20 Group moderation, and our final Collections Bootcamp on December 9th in Dallas, TX!

I'm especially excited about this training! Based on feedback from attendees at our first two Collections Bootcamps, we're adding a COMPLIANCE component to the agenda. My right-hand woman is officially out for the next couple of months after hamstring surgery last week. She’s doing great and recovering well — but for now, she’s in a brace and I’ve been promoted to Mr. Nurse and Mr. Mom. 😂

Because of that, we’ve decided to postpone our September and October trainings. I sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to attending. We hate to miss the opportunity to get together, but family comes first right now.

Hopefully, we can get these trainings back on the schedule next year. Thank you all for your understanding, support, and patience while we take care of Alexa and get her back on her feet.

Hope everyone has enjoyed their Labor Day weekend! We decided to stay home this weekend since I’ve been traveling so much lately, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. We hit our city’s Saturday farmers market, enjoyed a fun family day, and… we FINALLY joined Costco. 😂

And apparently, joining Costco means buying pretty much the entire store. According to my family, we absolutely needed air purifiers, a red-light face lamp, new towels, Italian wine… and who knows what else somehow made it into that cart. 🤷‍♀️

Of course, no first Costco trip would be complete without the famous $1.50 hot dog before we left. 🌭

Sometimes a weekend at home, a little family time, and an unnecessarily full Costco cart are all you need. 😂
