Standardization increases efficiency AND profit

I’ve packed the exact systems, frameworks, and resources I use into the shop with tools starting at just $87

The best strategists aren’t the ones who built flawless systems overnight.

They’re the ones who kept improving them consistently over time

If you’re in your “figuring it out as you go” era right now, you’re not behind, you’re building the foundation.

And if you want frameworks + resources to help you build faster, smarter systems, they’re all inside the shop: caitpotter.com/shop

I didn’t reduce setup time by working faster. I reduced it by simplifying more.

→ combining processes
→ identifying patterns
→ removing unnecessary steps

I also standardized my implementation process. My setup board has 60+ tasks on it and every single one happens in a specific order because one missing piece can create HOURS of backtracking later.

Another huge shift? Better client information collection.

Most setup delays come from:
→ vague answers
→ missing assets
→ unclear communication

So I became much more intentional about:
✨ questionnaires
✨ onboarding
✨ what gets asked where

The best systems aren't complicated they're easy to deliver, maintain, and scale.

If you’re trying to build faster without sacrificing quality, I’ve packed the same frameworks + systems I use into the shop with tools starting at just $87 👀 (link in bio)

The best strategists aren’t the ones building the most complex systems

They’re the ones building systems that are easier to deliver, maintain, and scale.

👇Which part slows your setups down the most right now?

05/28/2026

Systems strategists can’t just “fix one thing” 😅

05/19/2026

I was 100% that person

Great at fixing everyone else’s backend. Avoiding my own.

Until I realized: I wasn’t stuck because of skill. I was stuck because of how I was running my own systems

Once I simplified + standardized everything?

→ My setups stopped taking 50+ hours
→ My pricing jumped from $200 → $4,497+
→ My offers became easier to sell with better positioning

➡️ Clients or your own business: who gets your best systems?

05/16/2026

The hardest part of systems isn’t building more. It’s knowing what to remove.

Anyone can stack workflows. Add more automations. Make things look “advanced”

But real strategy?

→ Combining instead of separating
→ Simplifying instead of adding
→ Reusing instead of rebuilding

That’s what makes systems scalable

If you’re doing that, you’re not “just setting things up”. You’re thinking like a strategist.

➡️ Be honest: are you simplifying or still overbuilding?

Which one are you? 👀

I may charge $4K–$7K for setups now… but I once charged $200 for 50+ hour builds 😅

Overbuilding. Overdelivering. Overworking.

Trying to prove my value by doing more.

Every phase in my journey taught me how to:
→ simplify
→ structure
→ build what actually works

So if you’re in your “doing the most for the least” era right now, you’re not behind — you’re just earlier in the process.

👇 What era are you in?

Meet the strategist for system strategists 👀

If you’re the one building everyone else’s workflows…but your own backend still feels like a work in progress, this is for you.

I didn’t start here. I started charging $200 for 50+ hour setups
😅Overbuilding. Overworking. Overdelivering.

Trying to prove my value by doing more… instead of doing it right.

Turns out? It was a systems + positioning problem.

Now, 200+ businesses later, I help ops pros like you:
👉 simplify what you’ve overcomplicated
👉 build systems that actually support your offers
👉 step into your role as a strategist (not just the implementer)

Because the people who build the systems…are usually the last to fix their own.Not on my watch.

👇 Be honest: What’s harder for you: building for clients or building for yourself?
