Today we enjoyed a dynamic, banjo-themed presentation from Richard Herde from South Central Bank and Kevin from German American Bank who shared the similarities and differences between retail and commercial banking. They explained how each serves a unique client base with specialized products and services tailored to their customers' needs.

Their presentation gave us a great understanding of how two professionals in the banking industry can successfully coexist within the same BNI chapter while providing distinct value to their clients and supporting one another's success.
