After navigating motherhood, maternity leave, and the transition back to work herself, Amy Landry saw a gap in how women are supported during one of the biggest transitions of their careers.

What began as a conversation inside a corporate environment has grown into a platform designed to support working mothers with practical tools, meaningful connection, and sustainable career support.
