✍️ Two months ago I started journaling... and I had NO idea how much it would change my daily life! 📓

My mind is calmer, I spend less time on my phone, and I've even started sketching for the first time (on a cruise, no less! 🚢). Plus, I've discovered the wonderful world of fun pens, Washi tape, and portable photo printers. Hello friends! I realized recently that a lot of people don't know how to use Heading styles in a Google Doc or Microsoft Word Doc to create a Table of Contents. In Google, if you use Heading styles, it all happens automatically. In a Word Doc, it takes a smidge more effort, but generally works the same way. If you are dealing with multi-page documents, consider helping your readers out by including a Table of Contents. I show you exactly how to do this in both doc types in my Tech Tips video this week!

Hello friends! This tech tip was inspired by my meetings with three different people in the past week… and they all appreciated me showing them how to share my contact record with them easily using the “My Card” feature on iPhone. I walk you through exactly how to do this… and I also include some quick instructions for doing the same on an Android phone.

I am always looking at ways to help you be more efficient and accurate with technology… and sharing your contact record with people so that they don’t have to type it in or copy parts from a text message is a good thing.
