The 2026 State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) is now accepting applications from eligible Texas small businesses seeking to enter new markets or grow existing export sales.

Funding is available for activities such as:
✔ International trade shows
✔ Foreign trade missions
✔ Export training
✔ Market research
✔ Translation services
✔ International marketing and e-commerce

💰 Up to $20,000 for Market Expansion activities
💰 Up to $10,000 for businesses New to Export

- Cost: $4 per hour. Pay at exit gate.
- Note: Parking validation is not currently available; updates will be shared if this changes.

2. UTSA SW Lots 4 & 5
- Available only if guest parking is provided (scratch-off or on-dash permits)
- First-come, first-served
- Parking availability is not guaranteed

3. Convent Parking Garage (Across the Street)
- Entrance: 608 N. St. Mary’s Street
- Managed by ACE Parking (24-hour lot)
- Estimated cost:
- ~$4 per hour
- Up to $15 per day
