Every consultation is an opportunity to help a patient feel confident about moving forward with treatment.

Your 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 measures the percentage of patients who begin treatment after treatment is recommended. More than a growth metric, it's a reflection of how effectively your practice builds trust, communicates the value of treatment, and guides patients through the decision-making process.

A healthy goal is to maintain a case acceptance rate of 80% or higher, measured on a rolling 90-day period.

If your case acceptance rate falls below that benchmark, it may be time to evaluate your consultation process. Investing in coaching for your treatment coordinator is often one of the greatest opportunities to improve case acceptance. When your team is equipped to communicate the value of treatment, confidently guide patients through the decision-making process, and consistently follow up with undecided patients, more people feel confident saying yes to treatment.
